WHERE WE SHIP

We ship worldwide from our United States warehouse. United States orders and international orders are both accepted at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are verified, picked and handed to the carrier the same or next business day.

SHIPPING RATE AND DELIVERY ESTIMATE

United States orders ship standard tracked at $8.00 per order and are estimated to arrive within 1-3 business days. International orders are $30.00 per order plus $10.00 for each additional item, with an estimated 7-14 business days in transit. Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays and are not guarantees. Carrier handoffs, weather, holidays, address issues, customs clearance on international orders, or high-volume periods can cause delays.

TRACKING

We send tracking information after dispatch. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to begin updating.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Review your address before placing the order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will try to help, but changes are not guaranteed after processing begins, and a parcel usually cannot be rerouted after dispatch.

DELAYED, MISSING, OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If tracking has not updated for seven business days, the parcel is past its estimated delivery window, or the order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number, tracking number, and photos when relevant. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue with the carrier or fulfillment partner.
