These terms govern your use of the PawVerna online shop and purchases of the AquaGuard Dog Life Jacket. By using the shop or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND INFORMATION

You must be old enough to enter a purchase contract where you live, or shop with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Order information must be accurate, current, and complete.

2. PRODUCT AND PET SAFETY

AquaGuard is a buoyancy aid for supervised water activities, not a life-saving device or substitute for attentive adult supervision. Choose the size using the published fit guide, check the fit before every use, inspect the vest for damage, introduce it gradually, and never leave a pet unattended in or near water. Colors, dimensions, and appearance may vary slightly by screen, manufacturing batch, or measurement method.

3. ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and confirmation is sent. PawVerna may decline, limit, or cancel an order because of inventory errors, suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable operational issues. A canceled paid order will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. PRICES, PAYMENT, AND TAXES

Prices may change without notice. The price, shipping charge, and applicable tax shown at checkout apply, subject to correction of obvious errors. You confirm that you are authorized to use the submitted payment method.

5. SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Destinations, rates, processing times, and delivery estimates are explained in the Shipping Policy. Returns, claims, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are affected by carriers and events outside our reasonable control.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may use the shop only for lawful personal shopping. You must not interfere with security or operation, submit false or fraudulent information, introduce malicious code, violate another person’s rights, or copy PawVerna content without authorization.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The PawVerna name, branding, text, graphics, and original content are owned by PawVerna or used with permission. You may view the shop for personal, non-commercial shopping. No other license is granted.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Big Cartel hosts the storefront and order system. PayPal and the payment options displayed at checkout process payments. Fulfillment partners and carriers help deliver orders. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Purchases are transactions between you and PawVerna, not Big Cartel.

9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the shop is provided on an available basis and PawVerna is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. These terms do not exclude or limit liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. CHANGES AND GOVERNING LAW

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new last-updated date. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These terms are governed by laws applicable where PawVerna is established together with mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
